Full breakfast is included.
Children under five years of age may stay for free.
There is a $25.00 charge for extra room occupancy.
A 3% borough tax will be added to the rates.
Our rooms can accomodate various combinations of king or twin XL beds.

Reservations
- Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards.
- We request a 50% deposit required to hold your reservation.
- Deposits not received within 12 days of making the reservation will result in cancellation.
- Balance is due upon your arrival.
- A full refund is available prior to 60 days arrival less $25.00 administrative fee per each room reservation.
- Children are always welcome.
- Children under 5 are free.
- Please note that we are a non-smoking establishment. There is an outdoor area for responsible smokers.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Eco-Tour Kayak Package: If for any reason True North Kayak decides to cancel the kayak portion of your trip (for example - weather conditions not permiting), you will be refunded for the kayak portion of your trip.
Cancellations
A small inn such as ours is significantly affected by cancellations. We appreciate your consideration of our cancellation policy.
- Cancellations must be made directly by calling and speaking to an innkeeper or by e-mail with a confirmed response.
- A full refund is available prior to 60 days arrival. You will still be charged a $25.00 administrative fee per each room reservation.
- If you cancel 60 days or less before your arrival date, we will make every effort to re-book the room in your absence. If we are able to re-book the room, we will only charge you a $25 administrative fee per each room reservation. If we are unable to rebook the room, you will be charged in full for your reservation.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m.
Special arrival and departure times can be arranged.
